Christina teaches sedentary workers how to get in shape. After more than 22yrs working in the health field, she has cracked the code on to help individuals lose weight and keep it off. Getting frustrated with health companies and professionals, missing out on focusing on the whole picture, led her on a journey to help fill in those missing gaps. She believes that when it comes to lasting health, it's about creating a lifestyle and it must be enjoyable. Christina lives on the southern beaches of Oaxaca, Mexico.
